Who knew there was such a thing as celebrity worship syndrome? But it certainly makes sense in a society saturated with constant information about who did what. It's hard to escape.

Turn on the news and there is Justin Bieber. Again.

Movie stars, professional athletes, politicians. Donald Trump. the Kardashians. All worthy of worship in some peoples' eyes.

It seems very silly to me. But what if we changed one word? 

Internet/television worship syndrome.

Facebook worship syndrome.

Work worship syndrome. 

Self worship syndrome.
